1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our platform. If our hosting is not a good fit for you, you can request a full refund of your hosting fees within 30 days of signup — no questions asked. New domain registration fees are excluded, because domains are registered in your name immediately and cannot be returned.
2. Services Covered
The guarantee applies to the plans that carry the "30 Days Money Back Guarantee":
- Web Hosting (shared) — Bana Starter, Bana Professional and Bana Corporate.
- Semi-Dedicated Hosting — Start, PRO and Corp.
- Reseller Hosting — Reseller-1, Reseller-2 and Reseller-3.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- New domain registration fees.
- Dedicated servers.
- VPS and cloud servers.
- Administrative fees and custom-software installation fees.
- Third-party licenses purchased on your behalf, where applicable.
4. Eligibility
- Only first-time accounts are eligible. If you previously had an account with us, cancelled and signed up again — or you open a second account — the guarantee does not apply.
- Violations of the Terms of Service waive the refund policy.
5. How to Request a Refund
Open a ticket with our billing team at manage.banahosting.com/submitticket.php — or cancel the service from your client area and request the refund in the ticket. Include the domain or account concerned so we can locate your service quickly.
6. Processing and Timelines
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. As a standard processing time, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Renewals and Longer Billing Cycles
The guarantee covers the first 30 days from your initial signup for a service; it does not restart with renewals or upgrades. If you prepaid a longer billing cycle (1, 2 or 3 years) and cancel within those first 30 days, the full hosting amount is refundable under the same terms.
